Sales Account Manager
We are experiencing exponential growth and are moving our business to the next level. We are currently looking to expand our business development team by adding a sales account manager who has been working in the web design and/or internet marketing industry for at least 2 years.
The right candidate is highly motivated, passionate about helping local businesses, and has a proven track record of success.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prospect, develop and close potential clients
- Ability to explain properly why prospects should hire Northwest WebTech to develop money-making web properties for their business
- Ability to explain our development and ongoing internet marketing process technically and efficiently
- High level organization and multi-tasking skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the web design and/or internet marketing industry; project management experience a plus
- Sense of humor
About the Job
- Seek out quality leads and call on prospective customers
- Make cold calls daily from company provided leads/referrals
- Represent the company at trade shows, business networking, and industry-related educational events
- Communicate with prospects, analyze/audit their current web presence and market situation, and suggest customized solutions
- Write proposals for potential clients and review with them
- Good qualification skills
- Ability to say “NO” to unqualified prospects
- Follow up on current web projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Improve the sales process with innovative ideas and implementation
- Ability to multi-task, be a solid team player, and help other employees improve their skills

We’re looking for a Website Designer who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about helping companies grow their business and brand online.
For this particular role, we’re looking for someone who is both creative and strategic for the design phase of their projects, but also logical and able to understand the requirements of the development phase. A web developer with prior design experience and excellent organization skills typically does well in this position.

- Proven understanding of graphic & web design fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch
- Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
- Awareness of UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with digital photo editing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Wix, Wordpress, Shopify website builder platforms
- Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment

About the Job
- Take ownership of design projects.
- Design page layouts and templates.
- Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding.
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
- Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
- Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs.
- Select and prepare imagery.
- Create and maintain a database of design assets.
Education and Experience Requirements
- One to three years of professional design experience
- Portfolio of strong creative work
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience/training with Wix, Wordpress, Shopify website builder platforms
- Experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS
- Social media and email marketing experience a plus
